Sekhar has 15 years of experience of assessing and managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Sekhar graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore, India in 2004 and finished his Master degree in Physiotherapy from Sheffield in 2007. Following graduation he worked in multi specialty hospitals and gained knowledge in various Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic and Trauma cases. In addition, he has gained his knowledge while working in various NHS and private settings and maintains high standards.
Sekhar has great skills in evidence based practice and has special interest in tendon pain, sports injuries, neural mobilization and expert exercise prescription. He combines his clinical skills with patient empowerment by engaging them in understanding the issues around the problem. Sekhar works as clinical lead and advanced physiotherapy practitioner for Hertfordshire musculoskeletal service. He has diploma in injection therapy.

Asma provides evidence based patient centered care that combines education, exercise prescription and mutual therapy. She has a special interest in treating back pain, neck pain and shoulder injuries; however as a MSK Physiotherapist she enjoys treating all musculoskeletal conditions.

His passion in treating musculoskeletal conditions by using evidence-based practice led him to complete his MSc in Advancing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Sheffield HallamUniversity U.K in 2015.He has 8 years vast experience of treating spinal and peripheral musculoskeletal conditions as well as sports injuries. His main interest is to use patientcentred holistic approach that combine advice and education, exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques to improve pain and quality of life in different musculoskeletal and sports injury conditions.
